Booking Forms and Policies

Whether you are booking your child’s next birthday party, sister’s baby shower, dream wedding, meeting, or corporate function, we have the space for you! The Mahogany Beach Club has three different size rooms available to rent. Indoor bookings are available on a first-come, first-served basis; no holds will be accepted without a signed and completed Rental Agreement with payment.

Please fill out the Booking Request Form according to your rental requirements and return it to our Booking Coordinator at bookings@mahoganyhoa.com to start the booking process. Please read all Facility Rental Policies to ensure we are the right facility for your event. You will then be contacted to confirm if your request is available.

The bookings team is available from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. We will respond to inquiries on weekends and holidays the next business day.
