Important Note: The Main Beach Club remains closed following the December 2 flooding, and all indoor facility rentals are currently suspended. The building will reopen in phases, with spaces becoming available as they are assessed and confirmed safe for use.
Booking Packages
The Mahogany Beach Club offers a variety of different room size options. We can accommodate anything from small parties to large celebrations and everything in between.
Note: Renting one of the facility venue rooms does not allow you and your guests access to the lake, the play park or lake amenities. Lake access is for Mahogany Residents only, but NOT during a venue rental. The rental must end and up to eight (8) guests must be registered at the main office prior to accessing the lake, following your booked event.
The Bookings team is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Birthday Party Packages
Includes 3 hours in a room with 1 hour in the gymnasium (during your time) or 1 hour in the outdoor rink (seasonal). The gym rental includes our Birthday Party Box, which is stocked full of games and sports equipment. Participants are required to bring their own equipment if they book the outdoor skating rink.
