Important Note: The Main Beach Club remains closed following the December 2 flooding, and all indoor gymnasium time is currently suspended. The building will reopen in phases, with spaces becoming available as they are assessed and confirmed safe for use.
Program Refund Policy
At the Mahogany Homeowners Association (MHOA), we strive to offer flexible options while ensuring fairness across all programs. Please review our refund, withdrawal, and transfer guidelines below.
Program Cancellations (By MHOA)
- If a program is cancelled due to low registration or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer to another program (subject to availability)
- If an individual class within a program is cancelled:
- A make-up class will be scheduled whenever possible
- If a make-up class cannot be arranged, a prorated refund will be issued
- Refunds will not be provided if a participant is unable to attend a scheduled make-up class
Participant Withdrawals
- More than 7 days before the program start date:
- A $30 administration fee (per registration) will be deducted from the refund
- Within 7 days of the start date or after the program has begun:
- No refunds or credits will be issued
- Medical Withdrawals:
- A prorated refund or credit will be provided
- Must include a physician's note, submitted before the program end date
- The $30 administration fee is waived for medical withdrawals
Program Transfers
- Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the program start date
- All transfers are subject to availability
- A $30 administration fee applies per transfer
- Transfers are not permitted after a program has started, unless for medical reasons
Prorated Refunds
- If a participant withdraws after a program has started due to medical reasons:
- A prorated refund or credit will be issued based on remaining classes
- The effective date will be based on when the medical note is received
Additional Information
- Late registrations are not eligible for prorated fees
- Session times may change based on enrollment levels
