The Mahogany Homeowners Association is seeking a highly motivated and physically capable Security personnel to join our team. The successful candidate will work alongside other team members to provide exceptional security services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a positive and outgoing attitude, a team-oriented mentality, and a willingness to learn. The mobile patrol officer will be responsible for performing a variety of checks to ensure safety of residents and the rules are being followed.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all building and room entrances are closed properly on a regular basis;
- Enforce all park rules and procedures with residents, guests and renters;
- Check in with staff regularly;
- Communicate effectively with team members, and management;
- Actively patrol the park and perform random resident checks to ensure park users are residents;
- Provide excellent customer service to all users/visitors to the facility by answering questions, resolve issues and document incidents as required;
- Complete required incident/accident reports on the appropriate forms and submit to the Supervisor;
- Participate in department meetings, initiatives and training activities;
- Act in accordance with federal and provincial legislation as well as corporate and departmental policies and procedures;
- Demonstrate commitment to ensuring a respectful and safe workplace;
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- A valid Alberta Security License
- Ability to work with limited supervision and work within general policy guidelines;
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position;
- Courteous and helpful to staff and clients;
- Ability to work safely, following established safety practices and procedures;
- Reliable and hardworking;
- Ability to multitask, self-motivated and work well with others;
- Display sound judgment, and work within general policy and procedure guidelines; and
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Working Conditions:
- Weekend and evening work is required.
- Work is performed in an indoor and outdoor environment.
- Working in summer weather conditions
- Physical requirements related to this position included, but are not limited to, the ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull heavy amounts of weight.
- Operate assigned equipment/vehicles.
- Required to complete a vulnerable sector check

Step into a dynamic role this summer as a Skateboard Park Host with the Mahogany Homeowners Association, where your primary mission is to supervise our vibrant skateboard park. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about skateboarding culture and ensuring a safe, respectful, and fun environment for all patrons. As a Skateboard Park Host, you’ll be the go-to person for maintaining order, promoting positive behavior, and making sure that park rules and etiquette are followed. We’re on the lookout for individuals who are approachable, responsible, and have a keen eye for safety and community engagement.
What you will do:
- Supervise the skateboard park during operational hours to ensure a safe and positive environment for all patrons.
- Enforce park rules and regulations, promoting proper etiquette and respectful behavior among users.
- Monitor skate park conditions, reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards to ensure timely resolutions.

This summer, join the Mahogany Homeowners Association as a Skateboard Lesson Instructor and share your passion for skateboarding with the next generation. This role is tailor-made for someone who loves skateboarding, enjoys teaching, and is committed to helping kids learn the fundamentals of the sport. As a Skateboard Lesson Instructor, you’ll be instrumental in guiding beginners through the basics of skateboarding, from safety and etiquette to tricks and techniques. Your goal will be to foster a supportive learning environment where kids can advance their skills, gain confidence, and develop a lifelong love for skateboarding.
What you will do:
- Teach skateboard fundamentals to children and beginners, focusing on safety, balance, movement, and technique.
- Monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement to help them improve their skateboarding skills.
- Design lesson plans that cater to various skill levels, ensuring a fun, engaging, and educational experience.

As a Camp Counselor, you’ll lead and supervise a wide range of activities, from outdoor adventures to creative arts and crafts, ensuring each day is filled with fun and learning. We’re looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, responsible, and ready to make a positive impact on young lives.
What you will do:
- Lead and supervise children aged 5–12 in various camp activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and fun environment.
