Regulations and Guidelines

The Mahogany Homeowners Association (HOA) facilities are for the exclusive use of Mahogany residents and their guests. It is the intent of the MHOA to maximize the enjoyment and safety of all members who use these facilities. The following Regulations and Guidelines have been established, and the MHOA reserves the right to change and add to the Regulations and Guidelines without notice when necessary. These regulations are applicable to all members, families and guests. 

MHOA Zero Tolerance Policy Towards Discrimination

Please be aware that the Mahogany Homeowners Association has a zero tolerance policy for discrimination towards MHOA staff, contractors, and other patrons due to their race, religious beliefs, colour, gender identity, gender expression, physical disability, age, ancestry, place of origin, marital status, source of income, family stats, or sexual orientation of that person or class of person. Individuals who partake in discriminatory behaviour are subject to disciplinary action as per the recommendation of the MHOA Management and MHOA Board of Directors.
