New Homeowner Documentation Required
- Land Title (provided by lawyer from City of Calgary
- Certificate of Warranty Commencement Document (In Lieu of Land Title) - 90 Day Temporary Access Granted
- Government Issued Photo Identification with Mahogany Address listed (Driver's License or Alberta Identification Card) for every adult who would like access.
**90 Day Temporary Access will be granted when Land Title is not available and valid Certificate of Warranty Commencement documentation combined with valid Goverment Issued Photo Identification that states Mahogany Address is provided.

- Transfer of Privileges Form completed by Landlord/Homeowner
- Government Issued Photo Identification with Mahogany Address listed (Driver's License or Alberta Identification Card) for every adult who would like access.
**Vacation Home properties are only granted a maximum of two (2), Membership Credential accesses. Only registered person(s) on the Land Title may receive Membership Access Credentials. Access is non-transferable during homeownership period.

Yes, please ask your lawyer to provide you with a Proof of Purchase Document signed by them. 90 Day temporary access will be granted while the city processes your land title document. No, as per Alberta regulations, residents are required to change their Identification within 14 days of moving to a new address. To acquire access an updated Drivers License or Alberta Identification Card are required. The MHOA does not accept utilities bills, passports or other forms of ID. (Please note this does not apply to Vacation Home properties, as a maximum of 2 credentials are listed for any vacation home property.)
