New Virtual Check-In Queue for Adminstration Services
To help reduce lineups, ease congestion, and improve your experience during our temporary building closure, the Mahogany Homeowners Association has introduced a virtual check-in queue for Administrative Services at both our Main Beach and West Beach locations.
This system allows residents visiting our Administration Team to check in from their vehicle and wait comfortably, rather than lining up outside.
How the Virtual Check-In Queue Works
Getting started is quick and easy. Typical wait times are approximately 5–10 minutes, depending on demand:
- Scan the QR code posted in the parking lot when you arrive
- Join the queue using your mobile phone
- Wait comfortably in your vehicle
- Receive a text message when it's your turn to enter the temporary office
Why We're Using a Virtual
This virtual check-in system helps us manage in-person Administration Services more efficiently during this temporary period. By reducing physical lineups and congestion, it allows for:
- A smoother arrival experience
- Improved traffic flow in parking areas
- A more comfortable wait, especially during the colder weather
Our team is always on site and happy to assist anyone who needs help checking in or has questions during their visit.
Why We're Using a Virtual
You’ll see Virtual Check-In signage posted throughout our parking lots and near the temporary office entrance. Look for signs displaying a QR code with instructions to “Scan to Check-In.” Scanning the code with your mobile phone will take you directly to the virtual check-in queue.

Please Note: The virtual check-in queue is for residents visiting the MHOA Administration Team for in-person services. QR codes are available at both locations and will only work when you are on site.
