In addition to our Signature Seven events, the Mahogany Homeowners Association also hosts a number of other events. Although these events are generally “smaller” relative to the Signature Seven, they still see a high level of community engagement and are fantastic opportunities for residents to connect with their neigbours.
Mahogany Winter Classic 3on3 Hockey Tournament
Back and better than ever! If you play hockey, this is an opportunity you cannot afford to pass on. The newly branded Mahogany Winter Classic, formerly known as the Annual 3on3 Hockey Tournament, is looking to shake up the local hockey scene with a weekend of action-packed competition. Teams will be competing for pride, glory, bragging rights… and not to mention a prize package courtesy of our sponsors.
Mahogany Culture Fest
The Mahogany Culture Fest is a celebration of our community’s diverse people! Our 2022 event featured Aborginal dancing, aerial acrobats, Mexican mariachi music and dancers, a French and English bilingual children’s show, and more. In addition to the performances, a number of food, drink, and artisan vendors joined us to make this a robust and valuable experience for our guests. If you are looking to make a cultural impact, then this is the event for you!
Grand South Christmas Market
The Grand South Christmas Market is held throughout multiple community locations in the South of Calgary, and the Mahogany Beach Club is one of the locations with over 75+ vendors on-site. Find something special for everyone on your shopping list, and connect with small, local businesses to support the community. What makes this even better is the market passport. Have your passport stamped at the different markets taking place that day and be entered to win a cool Christmas prize. Last years Christmas stocking prize was valued at over $3000 dollars!
