We will go through pelvic floor awareness exercises and how to properly do a kegel. Even more importantly we’ll go through guidelines of when to do them, and when to focus on relaxing your pelvic floor. We’ll also talk about labor positions, prenatal posture, key stretches and yoga postures, and what to do in the first 6 weeks postnatally.
It’s 2 hours filled with education, practical exercises and resources.
Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
