Ice Surface Conditions

The green flags are up, and the lake is now OPEN for foot traffic! There are some areas that only meet the minimum ice depth requirement, so please proceed with caution. If you’re creating a personal rink on the lake, remember to flood it with small amounts of water and maintain a safe distance from community rinks and pathways. Excessive water can add weigt and may cause cracks to form, so handle carefully.
